Project Scope & Engineering Execution

RES & Associates provided MEP engineering for a comprehensive site lighting upgrade at Bel Air Church, covering the building facade, parking lot, and ground-level landscape areas, along with the addition of new EV charging infrastructure. The campus sits in a residential hillside setting, so every fixture selection had to balance safety and visibility against light trespass onto neighboring properties.

Our electrical team designed the facade, parking, and landscape lighting layout with photometric analysis confirming uniformity and spill control, plus site-wide circuiting, controls, and time-based scheduling. The EV charging scope included load calculations against the existing service, dedicated feeders and panel capacity, and equipment placement coordinated with parking layout and accessibility requirements.
