The split building arrangement over a single garage made site distribution and metering strategy the defining engineering challenge.
RES & Associates delivered comprehensive MEP design for the tenant improvement and renovation of an eight-story, 80,000-square-foot mixed-use residential building in Downtown Los Angeles. Converting an older high-rise to luxury residential use meant the existing infrastructure could not carry modern unit loads, amenity spaces, and ground-floor commercial demand.
RES & Associates provided comprehensive MEP engineering for a new 9,400-square-foot, two-story homeless shelter offering 60 beds, a serving kitchen and dining area, lounges, and administrative offices.
