RES & Associates provided comprehensive MEP engineering for Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory 3 in Room 2418 at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. At 2,300 square feet, the scope covered the procedure room together with its control room, equipment room, and support spaces — a suite where interventional cardiology is performed on patients whose condition allows no tolerance for a power interruption or an environmental excursion.

RES & Associates was commissioned to deliver comprehensive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design for the installation of new orthopedic imaging equipment in Room 2115F at UCLA Santa Monica University Medical Center.

RES & Associates provided comprehensive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design for the tenant improvement of a 3,400-square-foot, single-story medical college in Santa Clarita. The program combined classroom instruction with clinical skills and simulation space, so the engineering had to satisfy both education occupancy requirements, and the equipment demands of a teaching lab environment.

RES & Associates delivered comprehensive MEP design for the replacement of a nuclear medicine scanner at a 509-square-foot outpatient imaging suite in Thousand Oaks. Unlike a hospital campus, the outpatient setting had limited existing service capacity, so the first order of work was verifying that the building could support the new equipment before design proceeded.

RES & Associates delivered MEP engineering for the replacement of the PET/CT camera in Room 6505 at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. Replacing a hybrid nuclear imaging system inside an occupied tower required tight coordination of every utility serving the room, from equipment power down to the ceiling devices displaced by the new gantry footprint.

RES & Associates was engaged to deliver comprehensive MEP design for the installation of a new SPECT CT system serving nuclear medicine across the medical center and the Merle Norman Pavilion. At 1,200 square feet, the scope extended beyond the scan room itself to include control, equipment, and support spaces, each with its own power, cooling, and shielding requirements.

RES & Associates provided full MEP engineering for the replacement of the MRI scanner in Room 2350, one of the most utility-intensive rooms in the hospital. The design addressed the complete service envelope for the new magnet: primary power, magnet cooling, quench venting, and the environmental stability the manufacturer requires for consistent image quality.

RES & Associates was commissioned to deliver comprehensive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design for the replacement of digital radiography equipment in Room A544 of the Emergency Department. Working inside a fully operational acute care environment, our team engineered the scope so that adjacent trauma and treatment suites remained active throughout every phase of demolition, installation, and commissioning.
