NUCLEAR MEDICINE SCANNER REPLACEMENT — 100 MOODY CT.

RES & Associates delivered comprehensive MEP design for the replacement of a nuclear medicine scanner at a 509-square-foot outpatient imaging suite in Thousand Oaks. Unlike a hospital campus, the outpatient setting had limited existing service capacity, so the first order of work was verifying that the building could support the new equipment before design proceeded.

Our electrical team performed the load study, upgraded the panel and feeder arrangement, and provided the dedicated, isolated power the scanner manufacturer specifies. Mechanical design added the supplemental cooling needed for the equipment and control areas, and plumbing scope supported the hot lab and adjacent fixtures. The full package was coordinated with the imaging vendor and delivered for permit under Title 24 energy compliance.
