RES & Associates served as Owner's Representative for MEP systems on the Midfield Satellite Concourse at Los Angeles International Airport, a new passenger facility extending the Tom Bradley International Terminal with approximately 150,000 square feet of modern terminal space. On a project of this scale, the Owner's Rep role is the safeguard that what gets designed, procured, and installed is what the airport will actually be able to operate.
RES & Associates provided MEP engineering for the replacement of the fire suppression system serving the rooftop helipad at UCLA Ronald Reagan Medical Center. As the arrival point for critical trauma transport, the helipad had to remain available to the hospital's emergency operations while its life-safety infrastructure was fully rebuilt.
