Project Scope & Engineering Execution

RES & Associates delivered comprehensive MEP engineering for a 12,200-square-foot, two-building tenant improvement housing a brewery, a cider house, and an outdoor beer garden. Production brewing is effectively light industrial work placed directly next to a public taproom, and the design had to carry both without compromise to either.

The project centered on an electrical service upgrade sized for brewing and cider production equipment, with distribution to both buildings, dedicated equipment circuits, and process-area power. Our design included interior lighting for production and taproom areas plus exterior and beer garden lighting. Mechanical scope addressed production heat and ventilation alongside taproom comfort, and plumbing engineering served process water, floor drainage, and restroom fixtures
