BLACKSMITH.TV ENTERTAINMENT OFFICE IMPROVEMENT

RES & Associates delivered comprehensive MEP design for the renovation of a 3,978-square-foot entertainment production office in Culver City. The work combined a full lighting replacement across the dining, conference, and kitchen areas with the activation of previously vacant rooms that had no usable power or lighting infrastructure of their own.

Our electrical team designed the replacement fixture layout and controls for existing occupied areas, then engineered new lighting and power distribution into the vacant rooms — running circuits from existing panels, verifying capacity, and laying out receptacles and data pathways for production workstations. Mechanical scope extended conditioning and ventilation into the newly activated spaces, with the package documented for Title 24 compliance.
