Oakmount Golf Course Maintenance Facilities

RES & Associates was commissioned to provide electrical engineering design for the renovation and expansion of the Oakmont Country Club Course Maintenance Yard in Glendale, California. The project expanded the facility to approximately 64,000 square feet, including 18,900 square feet of maintenance and support buildings housing repair shops, offices, warehouses, equipment storage, and operational support functions.

Our electrical design encompassed the renovation of the existing maintenance building, demolition and replacement of equipment storage and service facilities, construction of new equipment canopies and wash areas, site lighting enhancements, and installation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure for golf carts and maintenance equipment. The scope included a new 600A utility service and main switchboard, power distribution for all new and renovated facilities, site-wide lighting systems, and EV charging stations. RES & Associates coordinated closely with Glendale Water & Power and the City of Glendale Building & Safety Department to address utility service requirements, permitting, and regulatory approvals, ensuring the electrical infrastructure was designed to support both current operations and future facility growth.
