Three-Story Restaurant & Bar — Power and Lighting Renovation
RES & Associates provided comprehensive MEP design for a three-story, 15,000-square-foot restaurant and bar, covering power and lighting renovations across the commercial kitchen, dining floors, bar, and tenant improvement areas. Hospitality spaces are judged on atmosphere, so the engineering had to serve demanding back-of-house equipment while disappearing entirely from the guest experience.
Our electrical design covered kitchen equipment power and connection schedules, dimmable and layered lighting for dining and bar areas, and distribution capable of carrying the full kitchen load across three levels. Mechanical scope addressed kitchen hood exhaust, make-up air, and dining comfort across floors, while plumbing engineering served kitchen, bar, and restroom fixtures within the $3.5M renovation.
