WALKER ZANGER MARBLE SHOWROOM — NORTH HILLS

RES & Associates provided comprehensive MEP design for the renovation of a 126,768-square-foot tile and stone showroom and retail facility in North Hills. In a materials showroom, lighting is the product: color temperature, rendering quality, and uniformity determine whether a customer sees marble accurately, so the lighting design drove the entire engineering approach.

Our electrical team designed a new lighting system with high color-rendering sources and zoned controls tuned to display, gallery, and warehouse areas, along with a full receptacle and power distribution redesign across the facility. Mechanical scope maintained conditioning and ventilation across the showroom and back-of-house volumes, and the complete package was documented for Title 24 compliance within the $2.5M renovation.
